Bernita Beikmann

Bernita Beikmann is Chief Delivery Officer, Executive Vice President and a Partner at HKS. She is responsible for ensuring that HKS delivers the highest quality solutions to our clients and communities. Her team implements and oversees quality assurance processes, knowledge sharing among projects teams, and fosters collaboration between service lines and practices. Bernita has a reputation as a Lean design advocate and has been a past Chair of the Board of the Lean Construction Institute and is on the AIA COO Large Firm Roundtable.
